What does it cost?

Exactly what's in the pricing section: the build is $199, and the first 3 customers pay $99. The first-3 pricing ends once 3 customers have paid — after that, standard pricing applies to everyone. The free demo costs nothing either way.

How long does it take?

About a week from the day you approve your demo to a live site. The demo itself usually comes first within a few days of a short call or a few answers by email.

Do I own my website?

Yes — completely. Your domain is registered in your name and you receive the full site files. You can transfer everything to anyone, anytime. No hostage situations.

Why not just use Wix myself?

You absolutely can — plenty of owners do. The honest trade-off is time and conversion: a site has to turn visitors into calls, and most DIY sites bury the phone number, load slowly on phones, or never get finished. If you'd rather try it yourself first, the free step-by-step guide is the exact process I use. And if you start it and stall, the demo offer still stands.

What if I already have a website?

Same deal: I'll build a free redesign demo of your site, and you only pay if the new one beats the old one in your eyes. Plenty of local sites were built for desktop in 2015 — your customers are on phones now.

Can you host it and make changes for me?

Not yet — hosting and updates aren't something I offer right now, but they're coming later. If you'd want hosting and changes handled for you, mention it when you claim your free demo and I'll let you know as soon as it's available. In the meantime, you own your domain and your files outright, and your site works on any standard host.

What do you need from me?

Very little: a short call, or a few answers by email — your services, your hours, your phone number, and any photos you like. I handle the writing, the layout, and the technical parts.
